Netherlands 1:10 200 mm. Rd 1

The opening round of the Dutch 1/10th scale 200mm National Championship got underway at the Groningen track in the north of the country. Nice sunny weather greeted the racers and using a new qualifying system that saw the drivers 3 best laps count towards your start position it was last year’s champion Pedro Rombouts that took the pole position ahead of Daan Jacobs, Jurgen Geerligs, Ricardo van Dam and Remy Moller, with a new system seeing the top 5 now qualifying directly into the main final. In the 30 minute main final Daan Jacobs was the first to retire, an accident on the 2nd lap ending his race. A lot of errors throughout the field on the bumpy track kept things interesting but up front Rombouts steamed ahead to win the race by 3 laps ahead of Ricardo van Dam in 2nd and Ruud Schuitmaker in 3rd, the only driver to do a tire stop in the final. In the Nomac class Arne Schober took the win ahead of pole man Marcel Haenen, with Rob Kreijssen in 3rd. Finally in the 1/8th promo class it was Peter van Dijk on pole position but problems in the final meant he dropped out of contention allowing Marc Meijer to take the win from Mario Gerssen in 2nd and Robert Krens in 3rd.

Netherland 1:10 Nat. Championship, Rd. 3

Last weekend took place the erd round of the Netherland  Nat. Championship in Heemstede, near Amsterdam.

Martin Van Lierop Tq’ed with just a tenth of second ahead 2nd. classified. However he was the unchallegend winner in the Main Final.

Remy  Möller and Dan Jakobs both them with some problems left him to take a comfortable victory.

Ruud  Schuitmaker, finished 2nd followed by Jurgen Geerlings closing the podium,.

 

Ruud gets a strong position for the Absolute Chamiponship, after his victory in Rd. 2 and his 2nd in the opening race.

Campeonato de Holanda – Prueba 3

El pasado fin de semana se disputó en el circuito de Heemstede, cerca de Amsterdam, la tercera prueba del Campeonato de Holanda de 1:10 200mm.

Maarten Van Lierop, fue el gran dominador de la carrera. Se hizo con la Pole por sólo 1 centésima sobre el segundo clasificado. Sin embargo en la final no tuvo rival y los prolemas de Remy Möller y Daan Jakobs, dejaron el camino libre para una cómoda victoria. Ruud Schuitmaker concluyó en segundo lugar, seguido de Jurgen Geerligs que completó el Podium.

 

A falta de 2 carreras, esta segunda plaza, sitúa a Ruud en una buena posición en la lucha por el título de este año, tras haber logrado la victoria en la prueba anterior y haber conseguido la segunda plaza en la prueba de apertura del campeonato.

2 Prueba del Cto. De Holanda 1:10 200mm.

La segunda prueba puntuable para el campeonato de Holanda de 1:10 200mm. tuvo lugar el pasado Domingo en el circuito de Ruchphen en el Sudoeste del país.

 

En un fin de semana con un tiempo cambiante en el que la lluvia hizo acto de presencia durante las clasificaciones del Sábado, Ruud Schuitmaker se alzó con el triunfo en la prueba del Domingo en una final muy reñida en la que los tres integrantes del podium entraron en la misma vuelta separados por 7 segundos. El comienzo de la final hacía presagiar una continuación de la final de la primera prueba marcada por el duelo entre Ruud Schuitmaker y Dann Jakobs. Sin embargo Dann Jakobs, se vio forzado a concluir antes de tiempo por avería y no se reeditó la final anterior.

El podium fue:

1. Ruud Schuitmaker – Serpent – Mega – Merlin

2. Jurgen Jeerligs – Kyosho – RB

3. Remy Möller – Serpent – Mega – Merlin

 

Culmina así un fin de semana redondo para Merlin Fuel, que se ha adjudicado la victoria en el Cto. España 1:10, en el Campeonato de Bélgica 1:8 , Campeonato de Irlanda 1:8 el Campeonato de Dinamarca de 1:8 y en el campeonato de Holanda 1:10 200 mm.

Dutch 1:10 200 National Championship

Last April 6th. saw the opening round of the 1:10 200mm. Dutch Nat. Championship

The race took place in REAL 80 Circuit at Apeldoorn.

Remy Möller, was the stronger driver during the classification and he got the Pole Position.

However a breakdown in his gear box, made him go behind, whe he was the race leader.

The final was exciting with just millimeters between Dann Jacobs (1st) and Ruud Schuitmaker (2nd), who had carefully prepared the race. (#2 Orange car)

Cto. Holanda 1:10 200 mm.

El pasado 6 de abril, se disputó la primera prueba del Campeonato de Holanda de pista en su categoría 1:10.

 

La carrera tuvo lugar en el circuito REAL 80 de Apeldoorn.

 

Remy Möller, impuso su conducción durante las clasificatorias y se hizo con la Pole.

 

Sin embargo, en la final, una avería en el cambio de marchas, le hizo perder posiciones, cuando había lideado la prueba durante más de la mitad de la misma.

 

El final fue muy apretado con escasos milímetros de distancia entre primer y segundo clasificado; Daan Jaacobs y Ruud Schuitkmaker que había preparado a conciencia la prueba y cuyo Serpent, vemos en la imagen izquierda.

3 Horas de Heemstede 1:8 Pista

El pasado fin de semana, se disputó en el circuito de Heestede (Holanda) la prueba de resistencia de 1:8 pista “3 horas de Heemstede”

Es una satisfacción para nuestra empresa, ver cómo una parte muy importante de los equipos, eligieron Merlin Fuel para competir en una prueba de resistencia, donde se busca la mayor fiabilidad y estabilidad en todos los reglajes y cómo no, también en el combustible.

Entre otros pilotos, tomaron parte en la prueba Danny Leewis, como integrante del Team Serpent – 1 y Remy Möller como integrante del Team Serpent – 2.

.

El equipo más “naranja” de la prueba fue el Mashop Team, cuya foto aparece sobre estas líneas.

La victoria final, se la adjudicó el equipo Serpent  1,  y el segundo puesto del cajón fue a parar al equipo Serpent 2, ambos con Merlin Fuel .

3 Hours Endurance at Heemstede 1:8 On Road

Last weekend  the 3 hours endurance race took place  at Heemstede (Netherlands).

Our dealer in the Netherlands is pleased to inform us that many Teams chose Merlin Fuel to race the event. 
Endurance Races need reliable products and many drivers highlighted the easy and stable tunning up with Merlin Fuel.

Danny Leewis took part in the race as  Serpent Team 1 Member and Remy Möller as  Serpent Team 2 member.

The most orange Team in Heemstede was the Mashop Team, (in the pircure)

The final victory was for Serpent Team 1 (Merlin) and the second place for Serpent Team 2 running both of them with Merlin Fuel.

Copa Benelux 1:10 200 mm.

El Domingo 1 de Julio, tuvo lugar en Bélgica, la copa BENELUX, donde se dan cita los mejores pilotos de Holanda, Bélgica y Luxemburgo. Remy Möller – Campeón Holandés de 1:10 200 mm. (Touring), con Merlin Fuel Pro-Racing 16

Remy Möller, recibió el pasado 11 de Noviembre de 2006 el premio que le acredita como campeón Nacional de Holanda en la categorķa 1:10 200 mm. (Touring) Remy Möller recibió en la “Kampioenenavond 2006“ (noche de los campeones), el tķtulo de campeón Nacional de Holanda de 1:10 Nuestros delegados en Holanda y Bélgica, Ceüs Westerhof y Gerrit Scheppers, acompańaron a su piloto en la velada anual, en la que Nomac entrega los premios del campeonato holandés en sus diversas categorķas. Remy, se alzó con el campeonato Holandés en un apretado final con Serpent-Mega.
