El pasado fin de semana, Mark Green, dio la primera victoria en el Reino Unido a Merlin Fuel, al alzarse con la victoria en la cuarta carrera de la temporada BRCA, celebrada en Snetterton.

Además se hizo con la Pole y vuelta rápida en carrera.

Hobbies Ireland, nos envía noticias de la última prueba del campeonato de Irlanda en 1:8 y 1:10 pista.

Clive Connolly fue el dominador de la tercera prueba puntable para el campeonato y se alzó con la victoria en 1:8 y 1:10 en la pista de St. Annes (Dublín).

El actual campeón irlandés, logró la «Pole» en la categoría 1:8.

Eoin Dooran, también con Merlin Fuel, se hizo con la pole en 1:10, pero Connolly se alzó finalmente con la victoria también en 1:10 por delante de Dooran y Chris Lawlor que concluyó en tercera posición.

Enhorabuena al equipo Merlin en Irlanda por la magnífica temporada que nos está regalando.

Double Victory in IrelandOver the weekend Merlin driver Clive Connolly dominated the third round of the 2008 Irish National Onroad Championship when he took victory in both the 1:8 and 1:10 200mm A Finals at the St. Annes track in Dubllin. Using Merlin Pro Racing fuel in his IDM powered Serpent 960, the reigning Champion TQ’d the event in 1:8 before going on to win the 30 minute final convincingly setting the fastest lap of the race in the process.

In the 1:10 A Final, Eoin Doran took the TQ with his Merlin fuelled Xray ahead of Connolly but Connolly got the better of Doran to head home an all Merlin Fuel podium with Doran second and the serpent 720 of Chris Lawlor in third.
