Last March, 23 took place the warm up for the next World Championship at Monstanto track near Lisbon.

Here is the Final Classification;

Highlight as usual the brilliant performing of our Team Driver Oscar Cabezas who managed to reach the final. After driving 3rd for several laps he got suffered a problem in his rear suspension that made him go behind.

Other drivers running Merlin Fuel, such as Javier Alonso or Daniel Tomaschko, finished in Semi-Final.

Last March, 16th took place the first round of Spanish 1:8 Off road «B» Championship in Alhaurín de La Torre (Málaga – Costa Del Sol)

 

Juan Manuel Ruíz Romero took the victory, one lap ahead the second classifid.

 

After having been finalist in recent races, both regional and local championships, this victory confirms the great progression of the Hobby Royal Team young talent.

 

It is also noticeable the 9thplace obtained by the very young Vicente Muela, in his first final on a Nat, Championship.

Merlin Fuel has the pleasure to share with you the news that Michael Salven will be racing next season with Merlin Pro Racing series in his Mega Powered Serpent 720 & 960.Michael Salven, not only has been 4 times European Champion, but he is also been World Champion Twice.

Michael Salven’s wide experience and his willing to work hard together with our R+D Department, will help our Company to get the goals we have set for the future.

Michael Salven is definitively an asset to our Merlin Racing Team and to our Company.

Michael will be racing Winternats next week.

In our new site we usually report the latest news about our Merlin Racing Team Members, who are successful in European or National championships.

Roberto «Coyote» Díez and Toño Landa are two Drivers from La Rioja, who usually race the Spanish National Championship in 1:8 off road.

We have wanted to write this article about this two racers, who represent thousands of drivers all over the world, racing for fun, but without forgetting the necessary competitive spirit of races..
